1st Grade: Joan Miro Line Drawings

 In this lesson, we discussed Joan Miro and analyzed his use of different kinds of line and shape. We then brainstormed ways to use line and shape to create the human figure.  Armed with a pencil, a permanent marker (to later outline), and colored pencils, students were instructed to draw a picture of themselves.
